In 2012, FOR was very grateful to have received a one year grant from the Canada Post Mental Health Foundation to provide in-home youth engagement services. This service was designed to engage youth who were experiencing mental health distress by developing a relationship in the safety of their home.

Thanks to our generous donors FOR was able to continue offering the program beyond the one year grant.??????

As of February 1st, 2015 the Youth Engagement Program will be on hold. FOR continues to explore funding opportunities and is hopeful that there will be a chance to run the program again in the future. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact Gillian Gray, Acting Executive Director at 416-539-9449 x222.

Thank you again to everyone who made it possible for us to offer this important service over the past few years. If you are a parent supporting a young adult experiencing mental health distress please contact our office at 416-539-9449 to learn more about our family support programs.
